The owners of Olde Town Hills bring a wealth of experience to their business. They have both founded and managed successful construction businesses serving the medium to high-end residential and vacation-home markets both in Canada and overseas.
THE DEVELOPMENT
Olde Town Hills Development is located in the place of the Olde Town Golf Course, being situated on a gradually rising hill with stunning views of the beautiful LaHave River surrounded by lush countryside. The Development offers a private style of living, still situated few minutes from the full commercial activities and only 13 minutes walk from downtown and the LaHave River.
We are located at the former site of Olde Town Golf Resort; one of the oldest courses in Nova Scotia built in 1924. The community was designed to provide many opportunities for active, healthy living including a bike station so you can explore nearby trails and an aquaponics facility where you can grow organic fruits and vegetables.
